Department Overview
Sales Engineers play an integral role in the overall success of the company. They are focused on supporting Sales Directors converting prospect to clients and advancing company goals. You will join other SE's as part of the global presales team at Aria Systems.
Position Summary
This role will support Sales Directors, Alliances, CSMs, and Marketing, to actively engage with our prospects and clients helping to increase customer satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value by leveraging Aria Billing Cloud. The ideal candidate will require a balance of technical, and sales aptitude including the ability to be the primary technical contact during sales engagements, assess business and technical fit of our products, and recommend solutions to clients
