General Information:

Support North American Sales and Tendering team in articulating the technical value and solution offerings of Hitachi Energy\'s e-Mobility solutions to customers and prospects. Qualify opportunities, build customer trust on the solutions, and facilitate customer/prospect evaluation of relevant products/systems as part of the sales engagement process. Influence and differentiate by revealing the advantages of the proposed solutions.

Responsibilities:

Assists Sales team with presales support to the related application and solutions. Participates in sales campaigns and technical forums. Actively promote and differentiate the solution against competition. Performs analytic and diagnostic studies to determine most suitable technical solution to meet customer needs.

Support technical identification and qualification of new opportunities related to e-Mobility solutions. Provide technical insights about application to customers and partners, leveraging Hitachi Energy technologies. Ensure the right understanding of technical advantages and values during early stages of the opportunity. Assists in preparation of tender responses. Proposes technical solutions for complex enquiries. Provides technical support during the technical meeting, product presentations and negotiations.

Provide the necessary details to the execution teams to avoid inefficiency. Collaborate in the standardization of the relevant execution processes and technical details (engineering, manufacturing, commissioning\xe2\x80\xa6). Actively participate in the lifecycle of the application, including service needs, spares strategy and total cost of ownership.

Participates in individual and team presentations and demonstrations. Represents Hitachi Energy at nominated industry and marketing events. Develop market and technology knowledge. Foster internal and external marketing activities, sales arguments and know how sharing. Prepares and checks technical articles for publication.

Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering

5+ years in customer facing roles.

Good knowledge in power electronics, low voltage, and medium voltage distribution

Ability to work in cross functional and global team environments

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Demonstrated technical aptitude

Solid written and verbal communication skills

Strong presentations skills

Ability to travel up to 30%

Bilingual French/English

Experience in EV Technologies especially charging
