About the Role







The Sales Enablement Specialist bridges the gap between Sales, Business Development, and Technical teams, equipping our people with the tools, training, and content needed to engage customers and drive growth. You'll take ownership of how we communicate our value across platforms, teams, and channels, ensuring our message is clear, consistent, and impactful. If you're a natural organizer, strong communicator, and enjoy working across teams to create structure and strategy, this could be the perfect fit.


What You'll Do






Maintain and organize our sales enablement platform keeping content, collateral, and resources easily accessible and up to date.

Develop and manage content across social media platforms and our company website to highlight our technologies, projects, and people.

Collaborate with Sales and Technical teams to create impactful tools and training materials that support customer engagement.

Manage and distribute inbound leads through our CRM while developing new lead generation strategies.

Partner with Technical and Business Development teams to turn real projects into marketing content.

Analyze engagement metrics and provide insights to improve our content and communication strategies.

Collaborate with Sales and Technical teams to create impactful tools and training materials that support customer engagement.

Support onboarding, training, and adoption of tools like our CRM and sales enablement platform.

What You Bring






Post Secondary education and/or experience in marketing, sales enablement, or communications (preferably in B2B).

Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.

Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, content creation tools, and social media management.

A collaborative, proactive approach with a passion for helping teams succeed.
