You'll be responsible for managing sales tools (Salesforce), optimizing lead generation strategies, developing training resources, and delivering performance insights. What You'll Be Doing:
CRM & Tech Stack Management
- Maintain and optimize CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools to improve pipeline visibility and reduce manual data entry.
Sales Content & Playbooks
- Develop and maintain sales collateral, playbooks, and objection-handling guides to support the sales team.
Lead Generation Optimization
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine our ICP, improve lead scoring, and implement automation tools to increase sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
Sales Insights & Reporting
- Create dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to improve forecasting and conversion rates.
Process Improvement
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and implement best practices to improve overall sales team efficiency.
Your Qualifications:
1-3 years experience in sales enablement, lead generation, and salesforce administration
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and automation tools
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
Experience working with sales teams to improve workflows and reporting
Strong analytical skills and experience tracking and improving sales performance preferred
Strategic thinker with a continuous improvement mindset
Degree in computer science or computer engineering is an asset
Salesforce Administrator Certification is an asset
