. We work with builders, architects, and homeowners who demand style, quality, and performance. Our showroom at 850 Industrial Ave showcases our product line and sets the stage for strong growth.
We are now seeking an ambitious
Sales Director
to
build and lead our sales team
, drive expansion in the Ottawa region and beyond, and represent Kazoo Homes at key industry events and roadshows.
Role Overview
As the
Sales Director
, you will be responsible for:
Developing and executing a
sales growth strategy
aligned with company goals.
Hiring, training, and leading a team of motivated sales representatives.
Setting clear
sales targets and KPIs
for the team.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with builders, contractors, and architects.
Hosting and leading
roadshows, builder events, and showroom presentations
to showcase our premium products.
Ensuring all transactions meet the company's
minimum pricing requirements
.
Driving the sales team to consistently
achieve and exceed revenue targets
.
Designing, managing, and overseeing the
Sales Incentive Plan (SIP)
, with full authority over:
A
minimum of 20% of overall sales revenue
that you control.
The discretion to
keep it, distribute it to sales reps, or allocate it to the pooled incentive plan (SIP)
.
Setting individual sales rep commission percentages and incentives.

What We're Looking For
10+ years of proven sales experience in the windows and doors industry
(mandatory).
Strong
leadership and recruitment skills
- ability to attract, motivate, and manage a sales team.
Demonstrated ability to set strategy, structure deals, and drive revenue growth.
Experience planning and hosting
roadshows, product launches, or industry events
.
Entrepreneurial mindset with
comfort in a commission-only structure
.
Strong network in Ottawa's
builder, contractor, and architect community
is a major asset.
