Job Description

You will have 6 direct reports and 10 indirect reports.
Ideally for this role you need to reside: North Shore, South Shore or Greater Montreal Area.
YOUR CHALLENGES
Overall responsibility of the region: grow the skills and responsibility of the sales team while increase revenue and profitability while holding internal and stakeholders accountable for respective metrics.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and implement the business development strategy and ensure its execution;
  • Structure and optimize the prospecting process and the follow-up with clients in a spirit of partnership;
  • Develop and maintain exemplary relationships with customers, partners, colleagues, and vendors;
  • Build, develop and guide a team of outside representatives and branch managers;
  • Prepare and manage the budget with full P&L responsibilities;
  • Participation in M&A process for the region.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Experience in a similar role;
  • Experience in health and safety within the mining, construction or manufacturing sector a definite asset;
  • Experience in full P&L accountability;
  • Experience in executive negotiation;
  • Ability to manage underperformance;
  • Customer-centric mindset and ability to build long-term value;
  • Agility in leveraging AI tools and adapting strategies;
  • Coaching-oriented leadership and strong commercial acumen;
  • High energy;
  • Bilingualism;
  • Valid driver's license;
  • Ability to travel.
