You will have 6 direct reports and 10 indirect reports.

Ideally for this role you need to reside:

North Shore, South Shore or Greater Montreal Area.



YOUR CHALLENGES



Overall responsibility of the region:

grow the skills and responsibility of the sales team while increase revenue and profitability while holding internal and stakeholders accountable for respective metrics.



YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES



Lead and implement the business development strategy and ensure its execution; Structure and optimize the prospecting process and the follow-up with clients in a spirit of partnership; Develop and maintain exemplary relationships with customers, partners, colleagues, and vendors; Build, develop and guide a team of outside representatives and branch managers; Prepare and manage the budget with full P&L responsibilities; Participation in M&A process for the region.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR



Experience in a similar role; Experience in health and safety within the mining, construction or manufacturing sector a definite asset; Experience in full P&L accountability; Experience in executive negotiation; Ability to manage underperformance; Customer-centric mindset and ability to build long-term value; Agility in leveraging AI tools and adapting strategies; Coaching-oriented leadership and strong commercial acumen; High energy; Bilingualism; Valid driver's license; Ability to travel.
