Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet ambitious revenue targets and company objectives.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed performance goals.
Identify, prospect, and close high-value equipment sales, including deals involving equipment financing.
Manage key accounts, fostering long-term relationships to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with marketing to align sales strategies with promotional initiatives.
Leverage Salesforce to track activities, manage leads, and analyze performance metrics.
Negotiate contracts with key decision-makers to secure high-value deals.
Provide insightful reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to senior leadership.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement through team training and development.
Experience & Qualifications
Proven B2B sales experience with high-value equipment ($100,000+), ideally in specialized manufacturing sectors.
Expertise in identifying, prospecting, and closing complex sales, including those involving equipment financing.
Demonstrated success in outside sales and business development in competitive markets.
Exceptional negotiation skills with a knack for influencing decision-makers.
Strong account management experience, focused on building lasting client relationships.
Proficient in Salesforce for sales tracking and performance analysis.
Outstanding leadership skills with a track record of managing and inspiring diverse teams.
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and drive data-informed strategies.
Willingness to travel (~25% of time) to meet clients, primarily in the US.
