We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales, and customer service, with a proven track record in decorative plumbing sales. As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans, managing key accounts, and fostering relationships that enhance our market presence.
Duties
Oversee Canadian Dealer Channel
Oversee development of training programs, promotions and sales tools
Recruit and Manage Sales Representative Agencies
Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Build strong relationships with clients through effective account management and customer service practices.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies that support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market conditions to executive leadership.
Qualifications
Demonstrable track record of sales success with a minimum of five years of sales experience in the decorative plumbing fixture market
Strong contacts and enviable relationships with key channel participants
Proficient in both English and French
Travel of a minimum of one week per month
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
