RecoDemand is looking for a highly driven Sales Development Specialist to engage with real estate and mortgage professionals, qualify leads, and guide them through our proven sales funnel--all while working closely with our marketing and sales teams.

We help agents and brokers attract, convert, and close more clients through targeted digital advertising, high-performance funnel systems, automated campaigns, and conversion-focused webinars.

You're the right person for the role if you have:



Experience in sales development, lead qualification, or outbound prospecting. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal). Confidence initiating conversations via email, social DMs, and phone. CRM experience--ideally with GoHighLevel or similar tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). Strong follow-up and organizational skills--you don't let leads slip through the cracks. A growth mindset--you're hungry to learn, improve, and hit performance targets. Bonus: Experience in the real estate or mortgage industry, or with webinar/event funnels.

Key Responsibilities



Reach out to new leads generated from ads, webinars, and content campaigns. Qualify prospects and move them forward in the funnel--whether to book a call, register for a webinar, or attend a live session. Follow up persistently through multiple channels (DMs, email, phone). Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align messaging and track lead outcomes. Maintain clean, organized pipelines inside GoHighLevel with timely notes and tags
