Role Overview



We're seeking an entrepreneurial sales professional to identify, pursue, and secure web development, mobile app, and

AI automation projects

across Canada. This is a

commission-based opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities for web development, mobile apps, and

AI automation solutions

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads across multiple service verticals Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify automation opportunities and digital transformation needs Create and deliver compelling presentations showcasing our web, mobile, and

AI automation capabilities

Navigate complex B2B sales cycles for both development projects and automation implementations Collaborate with our technical and AI teams to ensure accurate project scoping and solution design

Identify repetitive business processes that can be automated

using AI tools and custom solutions Maintain detailed records in CRM system and provide regular sales reports Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets across all service lines

Required Qualifications

2+ years of B2B sales experience

, preferably in technology, software development, or digital services

Proven track record

of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong understanding of web/mobile development landscape and

emerging AI technologies

Experience with consultative selling and identifying process improvement opportunities

Ability to identify and articulate automation opportunities

in various industries Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools

Valid driver's license and ability to travel across Canada when required


Technical Knowledge (Preferred)



Basic understanding of web technologies and development processes

Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, and machine learning concepts

Knowledge of business process optimization and workflow analysis Understanding of API integrations and system connectivity

Awareness of current AI trends

(ChatGPT, automation tools, etc.) Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions
