What You'll Do
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact between Polaron and potential customers. Your goal is to build interest and excitement around solar energy and help homeowners take the first step toward a cleaner future.
Your responsibilities will include:
Generating leads and identifying potential customers
Scheduling in-home or virtual consultations for our Solar Specialists
Engaging with the community throughout Victoria Island to explain the benefits of going solar
Managing follow-ups and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
Representing Polaron with professionalism, enthusiasm, and confidence

You'll be engaging directly with homeowners all across Victoria Island - expect a dynamic, social, and rewarding environment
Ongoing training and support will be provided to help you succeed
Opportunity to grow into a full-time Solar Advisor or leadership position

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
