We are seeking a passionate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and sell our digital studio services to businesses looking to enter a new era of digital change. As an SDR, you will establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts that achieve assigned sales quotas and targets. Your primary focus will be to drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed deals, educating and qualifying prospects, performing demos, drafting and delivering proposals, following up, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding and experience selling and or strong understanding of mobile, web, W3 and Metaverse and its potential to revolutionize how we live and do business.


As an SDR, you will play a vital role in our mission to create engaging content to perform across entertainment categories such as web3, metaverse, streaming media, gaming, film, broadcasting, publishing and consumer products.

Who are you?

  • You have proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar sales role (preferably in a digital or technology-related field), and have experience selling and/or have a strong understanding of mobile, web, W3, Metaverse, etc.
  • You have a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and targets
  • You are an excellent communicator and negotiator, and are able to articulate complex solutions in a simple and straightforward manner
  • You have strong organizational skills and can prioritize your workload effectively
  • You are able to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment
  • You have a strong work ethic and integrity, and can represent Relish Studios positively in the marketplace
  • You are passionate about sales, content creation, and entertainment, and want to help businesses thrive in this new and exciting era of digital change!

  • Identify and contact potential clients, understanding their business needs, and presenting our services in a compelling and persuasive manner
  • Articulate complex solutions in a simple and straightforward manner and participate in high-level product and service offerings in partnership with business line leaders and the strategy team
  • Collaborate with our Demand Generation/Marketing and Product Teams to refine partner and customer offerings and improve sales tools
  • Work closely with our Demand Generation/Marketing and Product Teams to qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and report all progress in CRM to provide forecasts on sales volume over relevant time periods
  • Work with a diverse range of clients and have a deep understanding of responsible business practices, including ownership of data, inclusion and diversity, sustainability, security, and personal safety
  • Represent Relish Studios as a positive ambassador of our brand in the marketplace and at industry events, conducting all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity

This opportunity is only available to those eligible to work in Canada. Our entire team is working fully remotely, but we do have an office space in Toronto, Ottawa, and Duncan that you\'re able to work at if its preferred.
