You will
Outperform Outbound Call Expectations: Within four weeks, you can consistently exceed 100 outbound dials daily. You will have a strong phone presence and understand the importance of efficiently managing your prospective client\'s time. This position involves working with warm leads in our CRM. The role requires a self-starter with a proven track record of success in outbound sales and the ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Sourcing: By carefully identifying and qualifying leads, you will ensure that only the highest potential leads reach our account executives, resulting in increased revenue outcomes. You must communicate effectively with potential clients, understand their needs and pain points, handle objections, overcome barriers to scheduling appointments, and properly set expectations with qualified clients. Additionally, you will demonstrate proficiency and accuracy with your reporting sales pipeline data in HubSpot.

About the candidate

We are looking for a candidate who can:
  • Transition qualified leads from your pipeline to an Account Executive\xe2\x80\x99s pipeline to further the customer journey and buying process.

  • Analyze current workflows and develop process changes to improve sourcing
  • Use prospecting tools and social platforms to interact with and target new prospects.
Must Haves
  • Experience in a startup/SaaS company
  • 6+ months of experience with high-volume cold calling (100+ dials per day)
  • Experience with our tech stack: HubSpot, LinkedIn, Zoom, Google Workspace
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
  • A strategic and contextual thinker who can manage competing priorities
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently
  • Organized, diligent, and proactive team player
Nice to have
  • Proficiency and competence in working out of a CRM
  • Outbound sales experience

If you are chosen to move forward, our interview process follows this sequence.
1. An email will be sent to successful candidates to arrange a phone screening.
2. A 15-30 min Zoom call with the Sales Manager
3. A virtual 30- 60 min interview with our Sales Team (we need to know who you are and would like to have you share your experience with us). Roleplaying/situational scenarios will be included.
4. The CEO will do the final interview, which is approx 60 mins
5. A decision is communicated, and if successful, an offer is extended
6. Background checks.
