Packetlabs is a leading ethical hacking firm in Canada. Packetlabs offers a number of services, including infrastructure penetration testing, web and mobile application testing, social engineering, red team exercises, source-code reviews, and exploit development. Packetlabs\xe2\x80\x99 clients occupy a number of industries, including government, technology, law enforcement, retail, healthcare and financial, to name a few.
At Packetlabs, we know that the key to growth is a high-performing sales team. That\xe2\x80\x99s why we\xe2\x80\x99re seeking a qualified Sales Development Representative (SDR) to find and screen potential clients who could benefit from our services. As the first line of communication with a prospect, the ideal SDR has a strong understanding of the sales process and excels at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting up Account Executives for success. The SDR should be a quick learner who has strong communication skills and an ability to showcase our solutions in a compelling way.
What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Be Doing

  • Learn, understand and embrace the culture and core values of Packetlabs
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales opportunities
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage Account Executives in the next steps
  • Identify best practices for refining the company\xe2\x80\x99s lead-generation process
  • Working closely and collaboratively with other teams
  • Keeps the sales pipeline full, conducts daily, measurable sales activity that eventually leads to closed sales
  • Keeping meticulous records as it relates to sales activity, comfortable with technology, CRM, tracking and spreadsheets
  • Demonstrate a strong desire to learn and stay current within a changing market, aware of trends, and a variety of tactics

What you need
  • 2+ years successful track record in sales, with a track record of exceeding lead targets
  • Experience selling Security and/or IT Services is strongly preferred
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo
  • Experience working with CRM software, understands how maintaining accurate records is the foundation for success and growth (HubSpot experience is an asset)
