We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to analyze market trends, and effective communication to foster long-term relationships with clients. The Sales Account Manager will play a crucial role in achieving our sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Expected on target earnings (OTE) between $65,000 - $90,000+ depending on experience and years in role. 70/30 base salary to commission -- with no cap on commissions.

Responsibilities
Manage and grow existing accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
Prospect and develop a pipeline of new account opportunities
Visit and call customers to understand their requirements, buying cycles, competition, etc.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential areas for growth.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
Utilize CRM to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in a related industry.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on team collaboration and motivation.
Proficiency in negotiating contracts and closing sales deals successfully.
A proactive approach to business development with a passion for driving results.
A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
Able to drive up to 120 kilometers for sales meetings and customer visits.
Compensation and targets will be determined by experience, fit, performance and other criteria that will be made available during the interview process
