We serve Canadian, US and internationally based organizations by providing expert guidance and reporting solutions that comply with local jurisdictional requirements. Our team adds value by consolidating best practices related to wellbore integrity testing, well plugging, pipeline abandonment and decommissioning from multiple jurisdictions and applying them to our client's projects. We are actively looking to expand our presence outside of the oil and gas Industry by engaging with Canadian civil engineering firms, construction firms, and land developers who may intersect with legacy oil and gas infrastructure.

Are you a skilled relationship builder with strong communication and negotiation skills? Leverage your business acumen and time management skills as a Sales Development Representative.

As our Sales Development Representative, you'll play a key role in expanding 360's services into new sectors by building relationships with civil engineering firms, land developers, municipalities, and construction companies across Canada.

You'll be responsible for prospecting, nurturing leads, and preparing proposals for clients navigating the risks of legacy oil and gas infrastructure--particularly in provinces like Ontario and Saskatchewan, where historical tracking is limited. Ghost wells remain an invisible threat beneath homes, businesses, and public infrastructure across these provinces. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth by identifying strategic opportunities and delivering high-quality RFP responses.

This role offers the opportunity to travel nationwide, sourcing and securing projects where our expertise in wellsite identification, decommissioning, and risk mitigation adds critical value.

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Qualify prospects, set appointments, make effective discovery sales inquiries, and manage sales cycle to close. Identify and research potential clients including civil engineering firms, construction firms, and land developers. Utilize various sales tools and techniques to generate new leads and build a robust pipeline.
Client Engagement and Consultative Selling:

Initiate contact with decision-makers across the country, understand the issues arising from legacy oil and gas infrastructure in their projects, and position our services as solutions. Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide consultative advice tailored to each client's requirements.
Proposal Development and Presentation:

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that articulate the value of expertise in well integrity testing, well plugging, pipeline abandonment and facility decommissioning. Collaborate with our technical experts to customize proposals that meet specific client expectations and compliance standards.
Sales Process Management:

Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closure. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update CRM systems to track progress and forecast revenue.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitors' offerings related to end of life for wells, pipelines and facilities. Use market insights to adapt sales strategies and differentiate our services effectively.
Cross Selling:

Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure that cross selling is identified, quotas are being met, and company standards are being upheld.
Utilize your Education & Expertise

Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably to public sector and related fields. Strong construction focused network in BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario Experience with large target markets and customer bases with large volume of sales opportunities. Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM Ability to automate sales efforts to large target lists with effective product messaging. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience with preparing concise and accurate scope of work documents and RFP submissions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing complex sales processes. Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

Pay: $100,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
