The Sales Development Representative is responsible for generating sales leads by engaging with potential prospects and representing Appcasts products and services.
Job Responsibilities

• Represent Appcasts products and services, starting with comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs.
• Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets.
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps.
• Utilize various sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc.), cold calling, email, and social selling to generate new sales opportunities.
• Identify prospects needs and qualify viable sales opportunities.
• Build short and long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
• Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives.
• Report to sales development leadership with daily, weekly, and monthly results.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and connect well with people.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization and time management skills.
• Strong sales aptitude & closing techniques, coupled with an outgoing and positive attitude.
• Driven to succeed and achieve targets.
• Self-motivated, driven and has a go-getter attitude.
• Professional, articulate communication skills with the ability to manage correspondence between sales teams and their clients.
• Comfortable working with multiple departments.
• Ability to be successful in a fast-paced, quota driven environment.
• Keen interest in software and technology.

Education and Experience

• 2 years of experience selling in a corporate/b2b space.
• Experience with Software (SaaS, Hosted or Installed), Recruitment Analytics, and Talent Acquisition is a plus.
