Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic, results-oriented leader to oversee all Cannabis Xpress retail locations across New Brunswick. This role focuses on driving sales performance, ensuring operational consistency, and fostering a high-performing team culture. The ideal candidate is a dynamic sales coach who thrives on developing talent, optimizing key performance indicators (KPIs), and aligning store operations with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Performance Coaching
Implement and reinforce sales strategies that drive revenue and customer engagement.
Provide regular coaching to Store Leads and frontline staff on sales techniques, upselling, KPI tracking, and CRM usage.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and guide teams through implementation.
Conduct regular store visits and deliver hands-on training to ensure effective execution of sales and customer service models.
Operations & Leadership
Act as the direct manager for all Store Leads in New Brunswick, offering guidance, support, and accountability.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards across all locations.
Collaborate with the Retail Operations Manager to streamline workflows and roll out strategic initiatives.
Oversee inventory management practices, including timely counts and shrink reduction efforts.
Possess a strong understanding of in-store operations and be available to work on the retail floor when needed.
Team Development & Culture
Cultivate a leadership-driven culture by mentoring Store Leads and identifying high-potential team members for career growth.
Promote a collaborative, customer-first team environment that reflects the company's core values.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff as required.
Qualifications & Skills
3+ years of multi-unit retail management experience, preferably in cannabis, retail, or hospitality industries.
Proven track record in sales coaching, KPI optimization, and customer experience leadership.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel extensively throughout New Brunswick and adapt to a flexible schedule based on business needs.
Familiarity with provincial cannabis regulations is a strong asset.
