Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective account management, business development, and customer relationship building. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Duties



Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and increase market share. Engage in outside sales activities, including cold calling and direct sales efforts to generate leads and close deals. Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits tailored to client needs. Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data. Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies for lead generation and promotional campaigns. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with products or services. Participate in territory management by analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth areas. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prepare reports for management review.

Skills



Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong background in outside sales, account management, or territory sales. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively. Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and develop data-driven strategies. Familiarity with technology sales and the ability to understand technical products is preferred. Proficiency in CRM software tools for managing customer relationships effectively. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence. Experience in lead generation techniques and direct sales methodologies is essential. Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $17.85-$18.00 per hour
