What You'll Do
As a Sales Representative, you will:
Identify and develop new business opportunities with brokers and large enterprises
Leverage your network in the health and wellness industry to generate leads
Utilize cutting-edge AI tools like Seamless AI to identify and qualify prospects
Conduct email and LinkedIn outreach to engage and nurture potential clients
Present and demonstrate our innovative HSA solutions to prospective customers and brokers.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationships
Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience
What We're Looking For
Experience:
Must have proven experience in selling health and wellness products, including HSA products, benefits, and insurance. Ideal candidates will have a strong track record of selling to brokers and large enterprises.
Proven Success:
Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency in HubSpot, Zoho, Mailshake, Seamless AI, and LinkedIn
Motivated & Ambitious:
Goal-oriented with a drive to advance into an Account Executive role
Strong Communicator:
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
Independent & Collaborative:
Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team
Professionalism & Integrity:
High ethical standards and a strong work ethic

Attend client meetings and industry events as needed

Compensation & Benefits
Salary:
Base salary + uncapped commission potential
Total Earning Potential:
$80,000 - $150,000+ per year
