Compensation Information:

$19.00 per hour

Physical Requirement:

Light; work activities involve handling loads up to 10 kg; predominantly in an indoor setting.

This job position requires physical presence at the designated location.

This role is eligible for an incentive for successful applicants to receive $1 per hour worked based on completion of a full winter season contract. Conditions apply to this incentive and will be shared during the interview and onboarding.

Skills you bring with you:

Proficient use of spoken and written English. Highly developed guest relation skills with the ability to assess needs and up-sell our products. Self-motivated and organized with the ability to work responsibly, independently and in a team. Strong computer and cash handling skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Dependable, reliable, and punctual team player. Previous customer/guest service experience A good knowledge of the regional area and/or willingness to learn. Well organized with the ability to multi-task and work to tight timelines.

Primary Responsibilities:

Daily operation of the Sales Desk with equal shifts in both in-person office and administrative office locations. This may include one day a week at the Nordic Centre. Contact position for guests regarding lessons, lift tickets, and resort information via in-person, emails, and over the phone. Preparing and fulfilling orders and contacting guests for resort lessons. Thorough knowledge of resort's products, activities, and services. Deals with guests in an efficient, courteous, respectful, and friendly manner. Demonstrates a commitment to exceed guest expectations. Manages all transactions in a secure and accurate manner. Highly organized and efficient in the workplace. Always follows company policies and procedures. Security and accountability for orders and payments. Balancing daily sales with computer reports.
