We're looking for a friendly, organized Sales & Customer Support Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients. You'll handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries while supporting the sales team with order processing, quotes, and follow-ups. This role focuses on helping customers, solving problems, and ensuring a smooth sales experience from first contact to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails in a professional, timely manner
Greet walk-in clients and visitors at the showroom
Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability
Assist customers with product selection and basic design/layout inquiries
Sales Support
Prepare and send quotes and sales order confirmations
Follow up with clients regarding delivery schedules, order updates, or payment status
Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, finance) to support customer needs
Input and manage orders using CRM or order management software
General Administration
Keep customer records up to date in the CRM system
Organize and maintain product literature and showroom materials
Assist with invoicing or basic document handling as required
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
1-2 years in customer service, inside sales, or administrative support
Excellent phone and email etiquette
Strong attention to detail and organization
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
Fluent in English
Bilingual fluency (Mandarin or Cantonese) to support a diverse client base.
