Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and friendly
Sales & Customer Service Specialist
to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing expert product knowledge, answering inquiries, providing technical support & troubleshooting, and ensuring every customer has a positive experience with Galaxy Auto. You will also play a key role in driving sales, both in-store and online, by helping customers find the right products to fit their needs.

Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist them in finding products suitable for their needs.
Provide customers with information about products and services, taking orders and payment.
Help customers in-person, over the phone, through email, and through live-chat.
Manage and update product listings and advertisements across various channels including social media platforms and online classifieds.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms; follow up on sales leads and quote requests.
Respond to any customer complaints and work with the customer to find a solution.
Compile monthly sales and returns related reports for management.
Occasionally help with loading and unloading of containers and shipments.
Occasionally assist with installation or assembly of products.
Requirements
2+ years of sales or customer service experience
Some knowledge or interest in the automotive and automotive parts industry.
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Quick thinking and solutions oriented.
Able to lift products up to 20 kilograms.
Compensation
$20-23 per hour base salary, plus unlimited commission potential
Bonus pay based on performance.
Two weeks paid vacation per year (after probation).
Hours
On-site.
Full time - 40 hours per week.
May be required to work Saturdays. Can be discussed.
