Rally at Sherwood Village is a state-of-the-art pickleball facility that is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to our members and guests. As we open our doors, we are looking for a friendly, energetic Customer Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our facility, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for everyone who visits.
Role Overview:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for greeting guests, handling inquiries, and assisting with membership services. The ideal candidate is a people-oriented team player with strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet members and visitors warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued
Answer questions about facility programs, memberships, and services
Handle membership registration, payments, and account inquiries
Assist with scheduling and court reservations
Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and fully stocked
Manage phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries promptly and professionally
Collaborate with the team to support events and promotions
Address and resolve member issues with a positive, solutions-oriented approach
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience preferred, ideally in a recreational or fitness facility
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with club management software is a plus
Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset
Interest in pickleball or a willingness to learn about the sport
