Sales Coordinator
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing prompt, courteous and knowledgeable service to clients. Servicing and/or directing walk-in and telephone customers. The Sales Coordinator will also ensure the showroom is changed and/or maintained to provide an outstanding showroom environment. Provide back-up to Sales Associates either by completing the order(s) or passing on a message for the client to be called back. Other duties may be assigned as necessary. Key responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of customer service by being the primary point person for all telephone calls, directing the calls to the correct Sales Associate or Northerm Employee
• Complete weekly stock inventory
• Initiate warranty claims
• Inspect products for damage and ensure correct accessories before sale
• Perform accurate payments and deposits from customers, maintain a balanced till
• Coordinate deliveries on a daily basis
• Participate in merchandising and promotional activities as well as sales meetings
• Assist the Sales and Marketing Manager with assigned projects relating to sales and marketing such as research, creating spreadsheets, updating databases, maintenance of records etc.
• Participate in all matters of showroom cleanliness and make sure all office supplies are refilled on a regular basis

Requirements

• Excellent organizational and customer service skills
• Proficient in both written and verbal English, with the ability to undertake conversations, as well as to provide clear direction to team members and customers
• Ability to effectively work in a team
• Experience in Retail Sales considered an asset
• Computer literate with proficiency using basic programs such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), with the ability to learn new programs
• Able to perform basic calculations
• A valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license with a minimum of 3 years driving experience and a clean driver\xe2\x80\x99s abstract
