As a proudly Island-owned and operated business, Island Mediquip has been providing quality home medical equipment on Vancouver Island since 2003. Our goal is to provide customers with reliable and timely service, and we pride ourselves on providing quality, cost-effective solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a highly motivated Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in Victoria!

SALES COORDINATOR - :

Providing excellent customer service and staff support Coordinating and collaborating with healthcare professionals and sales staff Documentation such as: - Creating Invoices - Creating/modifying quotations - Cataloguing client information/profiles Liaising with suppliers, obtaining delivery ETAs and price inquiries Working with our sales team to provide the best solutions for our clients
SUGGESTED SKILLS:

Some knowledge or experience in healthcare or related Computer literate; comfort using various computer software programs Background in administration/administrative skills Excellent Customer Service skills Ability to prioritize and multi-task; a problem-solver Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to be handle confidential files; trustworthy Communicates clearly Has the desire to help people

Monday-Friday, 8 hours daily

Pay: $23.00/hr
