Our company has an opening for a Full Time Sales Coordinator. The successful candidate must have proven Sales in the automotive and/or transportation industry, assets to have G license

Duties & Responsibilities.



Regularly review and manage active accounts, ensure effective communication and customer satisfaction.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs.

Establish and nurture positive relationships with clients.

Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.

Initiate regular communication to update clients on products, services, and promotions.

Conduct follow-ups after sales to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues promptly. Respond promptly to client queries and provide accurate information.

Create and distribute customer satisfaction surveys to gather insights. Compile and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Address client concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner.

Collaborate with dispatch, accounting, and management team to resolve problems and ensure client satisfaction.

Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions. Generate reports on client feedback, trends, and areas for improvement.

Work closely with the management team to develop strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction.

Initiate contact with potential clients to expand the client base and contribute to business growth.

Collaborate with the management team to gather information and develop strategies for acquiring new accounts.

Regularly update client profiles and account details.

Work closely with the accounts payable and receivable teams to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions related to sales.

Provide necessary documentation and information for invoicing and payment processes.

Address any discrepancies or issues related to payments promptly.

Generate and analyze bi-weekly, and quarterly sales reports for the management to review.

Provide insights and recommendations based on sales performance.

Work closely with the dispatch team to prioritize and coordinate sales orders.

Ensure seamless communication to enhance the efficiency of order processing.

Monitor delivery schedules to ensure on-time and efficient service to our customers.

Serve as a primary point of contact for customers using our services.

Address customer inquiries, provide order status updates, and resolve delivery-related issues.

Facilitate clear communication between the sales team, dispatch team, and customers.

Relay important order details and any special customer requirements to the dispatch team.

Perform any other tasks as assigned.

Required Education/Training



Masters/bachelor's degree in related field is an asset.

Proven experience of 2 years plus in sales or in a similar role.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial records. A bachelor's degree in technical field.

Technical knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of how the company products work;

Strong interpersonal, organization, teamwork and communication skills a must;

The ability to identify and follow up on leads.

Excellent presentation skills.

An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices is an asset.

Ability to manage relationships with customers, distributors and co-workers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
