Reporting into the Associate Director, Sales Ops & Strategy, the primary purpose is to support in overseeing all related activity to ensure that Sales team Targets are met, by supporting in the co-ordination, analysis, and customer responsiveness of the Sales Team, including administrative support such as expense management, documentations, weekly, monthly, quarterly meeting preparation, etc. A Sales Coordinator should also have a track record of success in the creation of marketing campaigns, events and experience with online advertising and analytics.

The Work !

  • Provides administrative support to the Sales Team
  • Build and track Sales Event Calendar
  • Review applications for accuracy and completeness and coordinate between customer and credit/UW teams on case files
  • Responsible for meeting daily activity metrics and entering communication activities into Microsoft Dynamics (CRM)
  • Scrubbing sourced advisor names to produce a prioritized list of prospects as defined and amended by the wholesaler from time to time
  • Maintaining the prospects list including making revisions necessitated by, for example, re-alignment of geographic areas or Key Accounts and changes to sales staff or brokers/agents/brokerages
  • Leads/participates in other projects/duties as assigned
  • Collaborate with senior sales staff to create and maintain sales reports
  • Establish active communication and engage with Sales Representatives to ensure prompt processing of deals
  • Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly responding to communications
  • Monitor and organize deal logs with Credit team
  • Manage escalations and bring information back as quickly as possible to the VP, Sales & Distribution
  • Attend sales training and develop an understanding of the products and services of the company
  • Support senior management by relaying costumer feedback
  • Arrange for creation and distribution of supporting documents and presentations to help the sales team in generating business leads
  • Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team

  • Current knowledge of Mortgage industry regulations and trends
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a fast-paced environment
  • The ideal candidate must possess at least high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent sales acumen and customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and administrative skills
  • Exceptional leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to attend all sales training conferences off-site
  • Ability to be a team player with a high level of dedication
