Job Summary

This front-facing position plays a vital role in supporting our sales efforts by ensuring that prospective and current residents--and their families--receive exceptional service from initial contact through to move-in. The ideal candidate consistently demonstrates professionalism and warmth in every interaction, brings a genuine interest in working with older adults, and excels in project management, administration, and organization. A keen attention to detail and a foundational understanding of real estate are valuable assets for success in this role.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or business administration. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required; experience with CRM or sales database systems is considered an asset. Previous experience in sales support, hospitality, or real estate is an asset. Desire to work in a service-oriented environment supporting older adults. Basic knowledge of real estate processes or the senior housing industry is an advantage.

Skills and Abilities:

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation abilities. High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work. Demonstrates integrity and professionalism in all interactions. Ability to provide clarity, reassurance, and respectful support to residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities

:

Client Engagement & Sales Support

Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and courtesy. Schedule and conduct tours for prospective residents and their families. Assist the Sales Manager with suite sales, orientations, waitlist management, and lead qualification. Maintain accurate lead and sales records in the CRM system.

Suite Preparation & Project Coordination

Coordinate suite refurbishments and turnovers with internal teams, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. Conduct final inspections and arrange any required repairs or cleaning prior to move-in.

Administrative & Reporting Support

Prepare sales documentation, contracts, and move-in/move-out materials. Track and report sales metrics and suite status updates.
