Intercontinental Truck Body (ITB) is a custom truck body manufacturer in Surrey, BC and we are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team. This person will play a key role in the Sales department by ensuring accurate processing of work orders, tracking unit status throughout the production cycle, preparing invoices for completed units, and coordinating deliveries. This position also provides essential administrative, logistical, and marketing support to the broader Sales team
Qualifications & Experience
2-5 years of experience in sales support, administrative coordination, or customer service, preferably in manufacturing, automotive, or commercial equipment industries.
Strong understanding of sales processes, order management, and basic invoicing.
Proficient with business software systems (i.e. QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience with social media or marketing coordination would be an asset.
