Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator to join our team in Canada. Based at our main manufacturing facility, this role is vital in expanding our market presence and fostering strong relationships with our clients. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our mission to deliver authentic Indian dairy products.
Responsibilities
Order Management:
Receive, process, and verify customer purchase orders accurately in coordination with logistics, production, and finance teams.
Administrative Support:
Assist in scheduling sales meetings, preparing minutes, and maintaining departmental documentation
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare and maintain regular sales reports, volume trackers, and performance dashboards for management review.
Documentation:
Maintain and update corporate forms, customer agreements, pricing sheets, and promotional documents in an organized system.
Presentation Support:
Create and format sales decks, business review presentations, and promotional proposals for internal and external meetings.
Follow-ups:
Coordinate with clients and internal departments to track pending orders, resolve queries, and ensure timely responses.
Communication:
Liaise between the corporate sales team, distributors, and retail partners to facilitate seamless information flow.
Data Management:
Update CRM tools and internal databases with client interactions, order history, and account notes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales Management, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a sales coordination, administrative, or reporting role (preferred in FMCG or food industry).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to liaise effectively with customers and support the sales team.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; proficiency with ERP or CRM systems is an asset.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with ability to generate insights from sales data.
Team-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
