Our clients are some of the most creative people in the industry and rightfully the most demanding.As Sales Coordinator you will play a key role in supporting our sales team's efforts. By being the point of contact between Sales, Operations and Production for all matters related to stock, feasibility and lead time requests.Your role on our team:Preparing weekly report on stock and gear requestCommunicating with Operations to obtain the most up-to-date inventory and gear availability and sharing it with the sales team.Monitoring challenges related to stock and gear availability.Communicating with operations and production on early stage opportunities whether they are feasible or notSubmitting Lead-Time-Request in Salesforces-CRMMonitoring timelines and entering data into Salesforces-CRM.Communicating with Senior and Junior Account Managers regarding project routes and how they will be processed.You are the person for this role if you fit the following criteria:Bachelors degree in administration, supply chain or any related field1 to 3 years in proven success in a coordination, project management, Sales operations, Inventory management and/or Logistics and inventory managementKnowledge with Excel and Google WorkspaceStrong detail-oriented, analyticalResourceful, self-motivated, able to think outside the box and have problem-solving skillsOrganized, flexible, able to navigate frequently changing priorities in a fast-paced and constantly changing environmentDedicated team player, diplomatic and personableProactive in anticipating needs and suggesting new ways to work in the interest of greater efficiencyBilinguismNice to haveKnowledge in Salesforces-CRMExperience in the events industry#LI-BC1#LI-HYBRID
