Sales Coordinator

, you'll be behind the scenes helping connect data, people, and processes so the sales team can do what they do best -- take care of our customers.

Although this position is temporary, it provides valuable experience, and may lead to future opportunities within the company.

A Day in the Life

You won't just be behind a screen. You'll be:

Managing and auditing equipment listings on the Flaman website Ensuring our inventory data in CDK Intelli-Dealer stays clean, complete, and accurate Helping the sales team with reports, training, and troubleshooting in Intelli-Dealer and Kenect Creating or improving process documents that make everyone's job easier Supporting sales managers with presentations, promotions, and reporting tools Registering sold equipment for warranty and rebate programs with our manufacturers Keeping SharePoint lists and spreadsheets organized so the team always has what they need

You're the person who helps things run smoothly!

You're the Right Fit If...

You're organized, thorough, and love keeping things in order You're confident with

Excel

and know your way around pivot tables You have extensive experience with CDK or other

inventory systems

(bonus if you've used IntelliDealer) You enjoy helping others and can stay patient and positive under pressure You understand agricultural or trailer equipment (or are eager to learn!) You're adaptable and don't mind jumping into new tasks or projects as they come up You're someone who takes ownership -- if it's on your list, it's getting done
