Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers with a professional, customer-focused approach Organize and manage qualified daily appointments Support vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and ensure smooth delivery processes Build strong customer relationships through consistent follow-ups and after-sales support Deliver outstanding service to help generate positive customer feedback Update and maintain accurate online ads, inventory details, and CRM records Stay current on inventory, pricing, and promotional offerings

Qualifications

Holds or can qualify for a valid VSA license Self-starter with a positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License with a clean driving abstract Ability to speak additional language is an asset.
