Position Overview
The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing client communications, processing orders, and coordinating with purchasing and logistics to ensure timely delivery. This role assists with forecasting, reporting, and sales strategy execution while maintaining accurate records and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in streamlining operations and helping the team achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and technical support to the sales team and sales leaders.
Coordinate with sales, purchasing, and logistics to ensure smooth sales operations and order fulfillment.
Track and manage sales schedules, ensuring timely updates and follow-through.
Process customer orders and payments accurately, ensuring on-time delivery of appliances.
Manage client and sales team communications, ensuring information is clear, timely, and professional.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service to maintain client satisfaction.
Assist in forecasting sales opportunities and support the execution of sales strategies to meet growth targets.
Prepare sales reports, maintain accurate records, and update order management systems.
Support sales leaders with data collection, reporting, and presentation preparation as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall sales efficiency.
Monitor inventory levels, product availability, and delivery timelines.
Work with other sales team members to achieve store objectives and sales targets.
Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining documentation, and filing records.
Other duties as required.
Qualification & Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
Previous experience in a sales-driven environment is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
