We're currently seeking a
Sales Coordinator
to help us expand our reach, manage client bookings, and ensure smooth logistics behind every visit. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in a dynamic and growing healthcare service.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Acquisition
Prospect and secure new bookings with corporate clients, residential communities, and other group settings.
Identify and qualify leads through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals.
Present our mobile services in a clear, compelling way to potential clients.
Track and report on sales performance, funnel metrics, and progress toward targets.
Booking Management
Coordinate appointment scheduling for our mobile eyecare team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date calendars to avoid conflicts or overlaps.
Communicate with clients to confirm, reschedule, or follow up on appointments.
Logistics & Coordination
Organize and plan routes and schedules for mobile optometrists and equipment.
Work cross-functionally with clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of each visit.
Monitor supply needs and ensure readiness for each appointment day.
CRM & Administration
Use CRM software to manage leads, contacts, and communication history.
Maintain accurate client records, follow-up tasks, and engagement tracking.
Prepare regular performance reports for internal review.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales
(preferably B2B or service-based sales).
Highly organized
, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple moving parts.
Experience with
CRM systems
and comfort with technology and scheduling tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
