YOUR ROLE

The Sales Coordinator acts in a supporting role to the Sales Team and will help to execute and achieve sales plans and the strategy and for the brands. Aldo Product Services (APS) is the wholesale division of the Aldo Group and is responsible for all Sales of Aldo brand outside of our owned & operated channels in North America. This individual will support all Go-To-Market activities and help build and maintain key functional reports that enable the growth objectives of the brand. We are looking for someone who wants to be our next sales star and help grow our businesses with partners like Nordstrom, Dillard\'s, and Zappos and many more fashion leaders in North America.

Responsibilities
  • Builds, maintains and ensures accuracy of all sales related documents: Sales reports, Sample trackers, costing files, customer purchase order and line sheets, CBOFs (customer order forms).
  • Supports sales team with seasonal go-to-market (GTM) activities such as the brand calendar maintenance, travel and presentation collateral preparation.
  • Acts as a liaison and manages day-to-day communication and follow ups with customers and internal teams (product management, order management, sales team and suppliers).
  • Monitor inventory and maximize in-season sales opportunities.
  • Tracks receipts and projections monthly to make sure we are meeting sales targets.
  • Maintains seasonal projection files to support the consensus process.
  • Ensures milestones are on track by working cross-functionally to support a seamless customer journey from new account onboarding to order tracking and delivery.
  • Manages and coordinates timely sample requests from wholesale customers.

  • Bachelor\'s degree in business or related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Works well cross-functionally, both with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal & written English communication skills considering constant communications with international clients.
