What we're looking for:
This role provides sales management support within the Consumer Electronics division to ensure the successful execution of the respective operations. The successful candidate must have the ability to assist in prioritizing workflow and follow-up on multiple activities simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
In this role, the responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
: Leverage reporting tools to identify opportunities, minimize gaps in the flow of orders, and to maximize conversion to sales
: Provide detailed insight regarding sales, inventory, and profit reports
: Support customer and sales rep access to reporting tools
: Support sales rep and customer communication regarding promotions and order updates
: Maintain and update Sony and LG promotional pricing and STA programs, distribute price list updates to the field and key accounts
: Manage sales and promotion STA claims including submissions to vendors, and assist with Reps and customers with the claims portal
: Maintain consistent and accurate details for the Gentec Playbook
: Manage sales rep and employee pricing structure and B2B promotions
: Coordinate with Product Managers to ensure all details of new products are submitted for proper setup
: Ensure all information required to successfully launch new items is provided to the marketing team
: Assist in the handling of key special-order items (TOA) from initial order through final delivery stage
Perform other relevant duties as required
Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience:
Must have 3+ years prior Executive Administrative Assistant experience
Completed College diploma or University Degree in Business Administration is preferred
Proven success in a fast-paced work environment with constantly changing priorities
Strong organization and time management skills
Keen attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite and working with an ERP (SysPro an asset)
Proficient in PowerBi is an asset
