We are seeking a motivated, organized, and ambitious sales coordinator who is looking to grow quickly into an outside sales position. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting company owners by organizing all activities around new leads. MSR is a small and growing exteriors contracting business, where you will work directly with the leadership team to grow your skills and the business.

Responsibilities

Assist the sales team in managing schedules Field customer inquiries ensuring timely follow-up Coordinate communication between sales representatives, clients, and the project manager. Maintain CRM data

Experience

Previous experience in a sales support or coordination role is preferred but not required. Previous experience with roofing, siding, or construction is preferred but not required Strong organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. A strong desire to learn, quickly
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
