The Opportunity




Portland Tractor Inc. is looking for a motivated

Sales Coordinator

to join our team in

Langley, BC

. As the Sales Coordinator you will contribute to growing the company's membership base and strengthening brand visibility.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities




As the Sales Coordinator your key responsibilities will include:


Generating new memberships through outbound sales activity and trial conversions Maintaining existing customer engagement including customer check-ins, routine engagement campaigns, and quarterly e-magazine distribution Managing advertisements and promotional posts to highlight the company Developing and maintaining sales collateral and presentations Coordinating sponsor opportunities for sports competitions and digital campaigns Tracking, reporting, and analyzing sales and marketing performance

Required Skills & Qualifications




The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:


Previous sales and marketing experience is an asset Ability to manage multiple projects, balance priorities, and meet deadlines effectively Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and contribute to strategy development Familiarity with CRM software, social media management tools, and Microsoft Office programs.

The base pay range for this role is: $47,840 to $52,000 per year depending on experience, plus commission.
