Sales Operations Specialist
Salary: $60,000 per year
Location: Kitchener - 100% on site

The Role
- Partner with sales leaders to plan budgets, set pricing, and manage projects
- Add new products and ensure packaging and branding meet requirements
- Create reports and analyze data to provide business insights
- Coordinate with customers, outside sellers, and internal teams
- Share promotions, verify orders, and resolve customer issues
- Improve processes to drive efficiency and accuracy
- 2+ years of experience as a Sales Operations Specialist or Coordinator
- Proven stability and tenure in past roles
- Strong initiative and problem-solving mindset
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (mandatory)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
