Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive
Sales Coordinator
to support our sales team and help drive the company's growth. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This role provides essential administrative and customer service support to ensure the smooth operation of daily sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including preparing quotes, proposals, and sales documents
Manage and maintain customer accounts, records, and information in CRM systems
Coordinate communication between sales staff, clients, and internal departments
Track sales orders, ensure accurate processing, and follow up on delivery timelines
Generate and update sales reports, metrics, and forecasts
Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service
Support planning and execution of sales campaigns, events, and meetings
Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Previous experience in sales support, customer service, construction industry, or coordination roles is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with CRM tools, email platforms, virtual meeting software, and basic data analysis (Excel/Sheets).
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
