Sales Coordinator

Halifax, NS - In-Office



AllNovaScotia, a local owned, online business newspaper, is seeking a highly organized Sales Coordinator to join our downtown Halifax office team. We aim to have this role filled promptly to support our growing advertising sales base.

This position is well-suited for someone who is highly organized, self-driven, and confident in supporting sales efforts through effective communication, administrative excellence, and the ability to balance multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.

What You'll Do



Campaign & Client Support

- Monitor ads, manage deadlines, send reminders/check-ins, and assist with proposals, quotes, and follow-ups.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

- Create post-campaign reports and track weekly/annual sales performance.

Administrative & Financial Coordination

- Handle invoicing, payment details, billing contacts, scheduling, and phone support.

Sales Enablement & Collaboration

- Support presentations, resize/input ads, brainstorm outreach ideas, and maintain strong communication and organization.

What We're Looking For



Administrative experience with billing, scheduling, and client support Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Clear communicator with professional client-facing and team collaboration skills Detail-oriented in reporting, tracking, and sales support tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
