Inside Sales Coordinator - Ground Support Equipment (GSE)


Milton, Ontario | Full-Time | On-site

Patlon Aircraft & Industries Ltd. is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Coordinator to support a specialized customer base within our Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and Field Services division. This is a key role that ensures smooth coordination between our customers, suppliers, and internal teams including Repair & Overhaul, Field Service, and Logistics.

Key Responsibilities



Serve as the main point of contact for customer communication - prompt, professional, and solutions-oriented. Understand customer needs, project priorities, and delivery deadlines. Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Repair & Overhaul, Field Service, Shipping/Receiving) to fulfill customer requirements. Manage the full order processing cycle: Submit vendor price inquiries Prepare and issue quotes Process customer purchase orders Purchase required parts and equipment Coordinate delivery and fulfillment Track and manage orders using daily and weekly reports (Work Orders, Backlogs). Support inventory planning and purchasing for both project-based and stock requirements. Liaise with logistics providers to arrange and quote shipping. Contribute to monthly and quarterly sales and performance reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales or customer service, preferably in aerospace, defense, automotive, or other technical/industrial sectors. Familiarity with supply chain and procurement processes. Basic product knowledge of GSE or related components (e.g., GPUs, cables, power units). Strong attention to detail, excellent follow-through, and time management skills. Comfortable working with technicians, suppliers, and leadership. Confident communicator, both verbal and written. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Analytical thinking, able to assess order and inventory needs and recommend solutions. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); experience with ERP systems a plus. Must be eligible to apply for Canadian Government Security Clearance.
