As a

Sales Coordinator

, you will support the Sales Team in developing and maintaining their customer accounts. Some of the job duties will include, but are not limited to:

Creating, maintaining, and reviewing vehicle files to ensure all documentation is in place including invoices, lien checks, concession requests, sales agreements, etc. Controlling inventory by assigning stock numbers, setting up units in database, tracking stock, and performing periodic inventory counts. Providing reports to the Sales Department and Management on statistical information. Coordinating and preparing delivery and damage claims for new trucks. Creating purchase orders and matching invoices. Filing all related documentation. Performing other administrative duties, as required.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE



High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 1 to 2 years of related administrative experience. Previous Customer Service experience is considered an asset. Excellent attention to detail with the drive to meet tight deadlines. Energetic and friendly with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and organize workload in a fast-paced environment.
