Job Description

SITECH Eastern Canada Ltd. is currently looking for an Sales Coordinator to join us at our Burlington location. SITECH Eastern Canada Ltd. is Canada's largest dealership for Trimble construction equipment. Our team at SITECH understands how to apply Trimble technology to effectively solve some of the biggest challenges customers are facing on the construction site. SITECH helps civil engineering and construction customers leverage technology systems for their entire fleet of heavy equipment and survey needs.



Salary: $60,000



Job Type: 1 Year Contract.

Sales Coordinator Responsibilities:




Managing and organizing sales-related documents and files; Coordinating communication between the sales team, customers and other departments and internal teams to ensure everyone is informed about the status of shipments; Processing and tracking orders, ensuring that the orders are filled accurately and that they are delivered on time; Responding to customer inquiries and directing the customer to the appropriate people or department; Assisting with Inventory Management: Monitoring and managing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels while avoiding overstock or shortages; Team Collaboration: Acting as a liaison between the warehouse, product support and the service department; Invoicing: Assisting the Operations Coordinator with invoicing sales orders, service reports and miscellaneous invoices; Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Qualifications:




The ability to provide excellent customer relations while keeping a positive attitude; Proficient in organization and process fulfillment, attention to detail, and paper work organization; Excellent communication and people skills; Previous experience working with technicians and in a similar or relation parts environment; Knowledge in the creation of parts order and work orders, developing and receiving purchase orders, inventory management, estimate preparation; The ability to adapt to on-call work schedules; Efficiency in the Microsoft Office applications, specifically, Outlook, Word and Excel; The desire to work effectively within a team environment.

Day shift Monday to Friday
