What We're Looking For:
Experience in sales coordination or customer service
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Comfortable working in office and yard environments
CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software experience necessary
Transportation/trucking knowledge is an asset
What You'll Do:
Assist sales reps throughout the sales process
Manage trailer inventory
Coordinate trailer deliveries, pickups, and PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) appointments
Communicate with customers, vendors, and finance companies
Update CRM and support marketing via social media postings
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
Provide after-sales support, resolve issues, and maintain client satisfaction
