What You'll Do
Own order flow:
Enter, confirm, and track B2B orders; coordinate changes, backorders, and substitutions.
Customer support:
Respond to inquiries (phone/email), provide ETAs, resolve issues, and deliver proactive updates to key accounts.
Inventory & pricing:
Check stock, verify pricing, prepare quotes, and support promo/contract pricing updates.
Logistics coordination:
Work with warehousing and carriers to schedule shipments, arrange pickups, and resolve delivery discrepancies.
Sales enablement:
Prepare product lists, line sheets, and sales materials; maintain CRM account data and notes.
Reporting:
Generate daily/weekly sales, fill-rate, and pipeline reports; flag risks and opportunities.
Admin & compliance:
Create POs, process RMAs/credits, and ensure documentation accuracy (BOLs, packing slips, invoices).
Process improvement:
Recommend workflow tweaks that increase speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
What You Bring
2+ years in
wholesale/distribution
, inside sales, or customer service supporting B2B accounts.
Strong
order management
skills with ERP/CRM experience (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, HubSpot/Salesforce).
Intermediate
Excel
(VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters, pivot tables); comfortable with data hygiene and list management.
Clear, professional communication; able to manage competing priorities under tight timelines.
Sharp attention to detail, solution mindset, and a collaborative approach with operations and logistics teams.
Nice to have:
EDI knowledge, experience with national accounts, and familiarity with Canadian carrier practices.
