Sales Coordinator

Job Description

Sales Support - 90%

  • Participate in the sales process by providing administrative support to a team of Sales Representatives serving high-profile clients in the film and television broadcast industry
  • Front line interaction with Sales and Clients by monitoring, reviewing, prioritizing and actioning all e-mail requests in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with appropriate technical groups by relaying requirements, preparing quotes and following up to ensure all projects are on track to meet deadlines
  • Research existing infrastructure and sales information to support sales efforts in the expansion of existing projects/systems
  • Create/maintain project files and client records
  • Prepare reports and letters as required
  • General administrative duties such as filing, data entry
  • Other duties as required
Customer Care & Event Support - 5%
  • Organize multi-person customer & internal meetings by making all logistical arrangements including: preparing meeting agendas, coordinating boardroom bookings, luncheons, setup and cleanup of boardrooms
  • Assist with the planning of Annual Sales Conference and major company events including: budget preparation, updating/maintaining attendance records, coordinating venue bookings, scheduling meetings
  • Other duties as required
Front Desk Support - 5%
  • Answer incoming calls and transferring calls to the appropriate extensions
  • Greet staff and visitors
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Maintain office supplies and place supply orders
  • Maintain boardroom bookings/schedules and cleanliness of rooms
  • Other duties as required
Qualifications:
  • College Education in related field (Business, Administration) or related experience
  • 0-1 year office administrative experience
  • 0-1 year sales/service sector experience
